Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken pieces (drumsticks, thighs, wings)
2 cups Spice Masters Breader Flour
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken:
Rinse the chicken pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Set Up the Dredging Station:
In one bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and eggs.
In another bowl, pour 2 cups of Spice Masters Breader Flour.
Dredge the Chicken:
Dip each piece of chicken into the buttermilk mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.

Heat the Oil:

Drain and Serve:

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
